The wild horse, a creature of Majesty and beauty, but one whose heart still flames with the fire of the untamed. A creature with such power and strength, but at times vulnerability, that is looked up to all throughout history. There is an allure, an intoxication, that humans seem to have toward the wild horse... the fiery wild beast who captures our creativity... and it is no wonder.

I like to play with fire. xD

This is the longest I've ever spent on any one piece, but I'm very happy with the result. At first, it was purely experimental, and I figured that I'd probably end up scrapping it when I was done. But here it is! Finally finished, after three months of trials and tribulations. Fire is a difficult medium to master, and if you don't do it right it just looks like cardboard. But hopefully I've managed to evade that! *Note, my technique is more brush-stroked than you will see out there, mostly because I don't like to let the computer do all the work for me. So when looking to my picture, keep that in mind.

Additionally, I'd like to thank the amazing ~boxofpeaches for putting up with me these last three months. She's been a great help to me and I couldn't have done it without her. She helped to give me a different perspective, letting me know her honest opinion whenever she spotted one of my many mistakes... I am greatly in your debt, ~boxofpeaches!
